This Privacy Policy explains how Aykon Group OU ("kkaloo", "we", "us") collects, uses, and safeguards your personal information when you use kkaloo.com and our subscription service.
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. To personalise your plan, we also collect your current weight, wellness goals, dietary preferences, and dietary preferences.
We collect information about how you use kkaloo, including meals and weights you log, features you interact with, session length, device type, browser version, and IP address.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card number or full billing details. We retain only a payment token and billing country for invoicing and support.
We never sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers required to operate kkaloo — including Stripe (payments), cloud hosting providers, and anonymised analytics platforms. All providers are bound by data processing agreements.
We keep your account data while your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted, unless we are required by law to keep it longer. You can request immediate deletion by emailing privacy@kkaloo.com.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or export your personal data. Submit requests to privacy@kkaloo.com. We respond within 30 days.
