These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the kkaloo application and website kkaloo.com ("Service"), operated by Aykon Group OU. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use kkaloo. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
kkaloo is offered as a recurring subscription service. Available plans include a $0.99 trial, a $9.99 weekly plan, a $19.99 monthly plan, and a $39.99 yearly plan. All charges are processed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method at each renewal date until you cancel.
The $0.99 trial gives you full access for 7 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to the weekly plan at $9.99/week. No refund is available for the $0.99 trial charge once accessed.
Cancel at any time via the cancellation page or by emailing support@kkaloo.com. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued unless covered by our Refund Policy.

kkaloo provides general nutrition information for personal guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dietetic advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition.
All content, features, and technology in kkaloo are the property of Aykon Group OU or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, kkaloo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Where permitted, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice by email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
